Shipping and Delivery

We do not offer any product as we are service based platform, so ultimately our shipping and delivery policies can be referred to as subscription policy and therefore we state that:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the material included in a membership Plan via the Services for the term of your membership to a Subscription Plan for any subject or course. You are free to use any study materials or materials we share with you in the future for learning or revision, but we advise against disseminating them to a broad audience in order to preserve their exclusivity.

Access to interactive workspaces and other settings (called “Interactive Sessions”) may also be included in your subscription plan. A third party may offer interactive sessions; however, they will be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party as well as the usage restrictions listed on our support page.You’re responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any third party provider.

Your access to a Subscription Plan’s features, scope, and cost are determined by the subscription you buy or renew. Your subscription cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person.

For any reason, in our sole discretion, including if we are no longer able to offer the material through a Subscription Plan, we reserve the right to withdraw any license to use the content in our plans for legal or policy reasons.
